It's my first Christmas and Mummy helped me make sure that Santa comes and leaves nice presents for me. I have left out a nice minced pie and a glass of Port for Santa so that he can rest form his journey. Also left out some carrots for his reindeer so that they can have a bite as well.
I am going to spend Christmas in York with Mummy and Papa. They have rented an appartment from the National Trust, right next to York Minster. It is very pretty and we will have a very nice time here. For Christmas Day we are off to Bolton Abbey to spend the day with Gran Foster.
At least that is what Mummy and Papa keep telling me, because I have learned to turn myself from my back on to my front. Hurrah! I did it three times today without any help and also managed to roll back again. Actually it's very easy. And now I try to do it everywhere: in my buggy, on my changing table and in the bath. Papa panics a lot when I try it in the bath or on the changing table. I don't know why. It's fun!
Yes, one proper tooth has come through my gum and I can use it to chew on things or bite into Papa's finger. It is great. Mummy also gives me little baby biscuits to chew, but I am still struggling to get them into my mouth. When I do find my mouth I sometimes shove them in too far and choke. It's all very hard work.
